Required Skills
* Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing for medium to large organizations
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
* Expertise in payroll systems such as SAP, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms
* Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience managing payroll during organizational change or restructuring
* Knowledge of pension schemes and benefits administration
* Experience with automation tools and process improvement initiatives
* HRIS systems familiarity
