Job Role: 1st Line IT Support (Hybrid Working)
Location: Barnsley, S71
Salary: Basic Salary £26,416
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week - Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) - Rotating Saturdays: 8am - 12pm (Time taken back in lieu)
In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be the first point of contact for our internal colleagues, providing top-notch IT support. You'll handle everything from logging and troubleshooting calls to liaising with other departments, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 6 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 7).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional IT support via phone, email, and live chat.
* Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
* Perform administrative tasks such as starters and leavers checks and contract changes.
* Collaborate with various departments to uphold exceptional customer care standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in IT Helpdesk and customer service.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers of varying technical abilities.
* Experience in a high-pressure environment.
* Punctual, reliable, and an outstanding communicator.
* Minimum of 1 year of IT Helpdesk experience.
* Full UK driving licence and proof of right to work in the UK.
