We are seeking a dedicated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth restaurant functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shifts, handling financial transactions, chasing pre-orders, and maintaining security as a key holder.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shift Management: Lead and manage restaurant shifts, ensuring efficient operations, staff coordination, and a positive guest experience.
* Cash Handling: Perform cash-up procedures at the end of shifts, reconciling cash, card payments, and receipts accurately to ensure financial accuracy.
* Pre-Order Management: Actively follow up on pre-orders, liaising with customers and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
* Key Holder Duties: Securely manage restaurant keys, ensuring proper opening and closing procedures and maintaining premises security.
* Staff Supervision: Oversee and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and resolving issues during shifts.
* Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
* Inventory and Compliance: Monitor stock levels, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness standards.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with management to implement policies, train staff, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.
* Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial reconciliation.
* Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly during busy shifts.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in a restaurant setting.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

* Ability to chase and manage pre-orders efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions:
