We are looking for a friendly, happy and organised receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our experienced and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities-
Welcoming patients into the practice.
Booking appointments, and managing the diaries for an effective and smooth running day.
Dealing with patient enquires by email, telephone and in person.
Taking payments and reconciling payment books.
Checking lab work in and out of the practice.
Liaising with suppliers and labs
Specific skills and requirements-
* Experience with SOE preferred but not essential
-Patient-focused, positive, enthusiastic and reliable.
-Team player
