We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support for children within KS1, across the school, and during lunchtime cover.
We are looking for someone who ideally is:
* confident, calm, and patient
* experienced in accelerating learning while working in small groups
* experienced in teaching phonics and supporting pupils with speech and language needs
* has experience of, and an understanding of, working one-to-one with children with additional needs
* able to work as part of a team and liaise closely with Class Teachers, Senior Managers, and parents
Appropriate training will be provided as required. This role could be suitable for someone beginning their career in education.
Start date will be in September 2025, dependent on the availability of the successful candidate and subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks.
