Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Residential Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable property solutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Design & Specification: Provide expert advice on window and door design, finishes, and configuration to match the aesthetic and functional needs of luxury residential properties.
* Technical Estimating: Use LogiKal and Window Designer software to produce accurate, professional quotations and technical drawings.
* Compliance Leadership: Ensure all proposed solutions strictly adhere to current UK Building Regulations (including Document L thermal requirements and safety glazing standards).
* Project Award: Manage high-end enquiries from lead generation through to site survey and project award, maintaining a high-touch relationship with clients throughout.
Duties:
* Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking events
* Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available residential properties
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options that meet their needs
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective buyers or tenants
* Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales progress in our CRM system
* Follow up with clients post-viewing to gather feedback and nurture ongoing relationships
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies aimed at increasing property visibility
* Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitors’ offerings
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in residential sales or a related customer-facing role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to travel within the local area is essential
* A professional demeanour and positive attitude towards customer service
