Temporary Customer Service Administrator

📍 Croydon | £12.50 per hour | Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm | 3-Month Temporary Assignment

Are you immediately available and looking to secure a temporary role in a fast-paced environment? Our client in Croydon is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing professional and timely responses.

* Process orders, update records, and maintain accurate customer information.

* Resolve customer queries and issues promptly, escalating where necessary.

* Support the team with administrative tasks including data entry and document management.

* Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery.

* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times.

About You:

* Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role.

* Confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Comfortable working in a busy environment and able to prioritise workload.

* Good IT skills, including MS Office.
