About the role
As a Sales Manager, EU, you'll focus on coaching and mentoring our sales team to optimize conversions, expand our user base, and deliver outstanding results in our growing European market. You'll play a critical role in building a high-performing team that drives sustainable growth and customer success.
What you'll do
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals across the EU region to meet and exceed performance targets.
* Provide hands-on coaching, ensuring the team effectively communicates product value and overcomes objections.
* Design and implement scalable training programs focused on consultative selling, product knowledge, and sales methodologies.
* Develop and refine sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and drive sustainable revenue growth.
* Set clear KPIs and manage team performance through regular reviews, performance metrics, and continuous feedback.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
* Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and opportunity progression.
* Utilize HubSpot CRM to monitor team performance, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure the team delivers solutions that address customer pain points and align with CoVet's value proposition.
* Act as a liaison for EU market feedback to inform product and operational improvements.
* Support the team in contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling efforts to maximize customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while leading successful teams.
* Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on professional development and team growth.
* In-depth understanding of SaaS sales strategies, customer acquisition, and B2B sales cycles.
* Proficiency in using HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
* Fluent in English; additional fluency in one or more major EU languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is highly desirable.
* Experience working with healthcare, veterinary, or similar regulated industries is a plus.
* Based in the European Union, with availability to work across EU time zones.
