We are looking to appoint a NPD Account Manager based in Dungannon. As the successful NPD Account Manager, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful launch of new products, with efficient, safe, and timely delivery.

What your typical day as NPD Manager will look like:
* Collaborating with all site disciplines and supporting a high-performing NPD team.
* Managing the NPD process to ensure new and re-developed products are launched successfully, efficiently, and cost-effectively, in line with customer codes of practice and stakeholder expectations.
* Liaising with customers to develop strong relationships with key personnel.
* Working closely with Development Chefs and the Commercial Team to ensure information is co-owned, co-approved, and aligned with the brief.
* Scaling up product concepts from Development Chefs in a professional manner for timely presentation to the customer.
* Ensuring food safety, quality, and legality of all new and modified products in collaboration with site disciplines.
* Maintaining records of NPD activities to ensure audit compliance.
* Proactively engaging with current food trends and innovations in collaboration with relevant teams and customers.
* Exploring new processes, machinery, and product improvements, including R&D projects as appropriate.
* Communicating with suppliers, third parties, and external experts.
* Engaging with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver food-safe, legally compliant new and modified product lines.
What you will need to succeed:
* Over 2 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in product development.
* Relevant higher education qualification or equivalent industry experience.
* Understanding of foodservice and retail customer operations.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
* Knowledge of food science and manufacturing processes.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Willingness to expand knowledge beyond core experience.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to UK sites and customers.
