About the Role
We are recruiting a Regional Sales Rep to sell software solutions to Farmers, landowners, and agribusinesses across the south East UK region.
This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships within the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a sales pipeline within your territory.
* Identify and win new customers in the farming and agribusiness market.
* Deliver on-site and virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
* Attend agricultural shows and industry events to generate new leads.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within agriculture, agritech, or software.
* Strong understanding of the farming and agricultural sector.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Full UK driving licence required.
Package
* £40,000 base salary
* 10% commission on all product and training sold
* £1,200 annual bonus
