This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator.
The position is permanent, full time Mon to Fri
Responsibilities
* Handling multiple and varied projects.
* Liaison with material and subcontract service suppliers to determine best external costs.
* Liaise with Management to assist with the generation of machine shop processes and routings with appropriate times to determine machining costs
* Preparation of detailed quotations
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
* A highly motivated, proactive and preferably a time served machinist who can demonstrate successful experience in a similar role.
* You must be familiar with a good aspect of CNC machining as well as manual machining and be conversant with current tooling developments.
* Excellent mathematical and numerical skills
* Ability to read engineering drawings
