Duties of the Service Advisor position:
6. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process
7. Book and schedule vehicle services efficiently
8. Provide accurate quotations and explain service recommendations to customers
9. Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle repairs and maintenance
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on service outcomes
11. Maintain detailed and accurate service records
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
12. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
13. Strong communication and customer service skills
14. Knowledge of automotive repair processes and workshop operations
15. Professional attitude and a proactive approach to work
16. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
