We are currently recruiting for an organised and efficient Personal Assistant to provide full secretarial and administrative support; being the first point of contact for the Director of Field Operations, as well as working on and co-ordinating a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Effective diary management and scheduling of meetings, conferences, transport, accommodation, and all other associated arrangements.
* Organisation of internal and external meetings and briefings, inviting and briefing participants and anticipating the requirements of the Executive.
* Preparation and circulation of meeting papers, including drafting agendas and taking of minutes/action notes where required.
* Effective management of e-mail and monitoring progress of required responses.
* Supporting the Executive team to meet internal / external communication requirements including event support and provision of associated materials e.g., PowerPoint /delegate packs etc.
* Working with the Executive Support team to meet the expectations of the Chief Executive’s office and the wider Executive.
* Assist the team across the key processing activities of salary / procurement / ordering / logistics and invoicing
* Monthly expenses and Credit card returns.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Proven relevant experience with excellent I.T. and administration skills.
* Highly reliable and trustworthy individual
* Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes
* Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Ideally educated to degree level in business or management or one of the following qualifications:
* Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) - Level 3 Award in Professional PA and Administration Skills.
* LCCI International Qualifications - Private and Executive Secretary's Diplomas.
* Pitman Training - Professional executive PA Diploma.
