The Offer:
First things first, we are looking to offer a particularly competitive package and happy to negotiate on salaries for an experienced surgeon. Up to £65,000 with higher package for certificate holders/AVP registered. On top:

The Practice:
With 10 vets in house and an experienced nursing team, we are well equipped with tonnes of schools of thought amongst the team for clinical discussions. Services are far and wind with a full equipment list available on request. At a glance, we do have an imaging room and CT, TPLO, locking systems; Hall autoclavable drill, dental X ray, K Laser, nerve stimulator, 7 consult rooms, 2 theatres, pharmacy and massive wards spaces! We prefer interviews in person to really show you round the clinic and show off our investments!
The Job:
A new veterinary surgeon, we would want you to contribute to clinical meetings and audits, offer informal mentoring to junior vets and manage your own caseload independently. We’re hot on offering some biased in your caseloads to support personal interests and would want to hear from you what you’d want from a new site. There is no OOH commitments or on call – you would get a fixed day off each week if full time and ask for commitment to our weekend rota once per month.
