Our client is an established Main Contractor with an impressive regional office located in Gloucestershire.
Our client operates within 3 key sectors; Date Centers, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. The currently enjoy a turnover of £150m with projects ranging in value up to £80 million.
You will report directly to an Associate Director (Commercially biased) and will work closely with the existing commercial Team comprising: 5 Surveyors of varying levels.

About You:
•NEC form of contract is essential.
•Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £30 million.
•Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor/MQS
•Reside within commutable distance of Gloucestershire.
•Experience of working with a notable Main Contractor.
