Archer Resourcing are currently hiring drug and alcohol advocate, working with a charity in Paisley, Renfrewshire!
As a drug and alcohol advocate, you will be contributing to making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable individuals. You will be providing emotional and practical support, to ensure that individuals are being provided with the support, care and advice that they need.
Requirements:
* Offer advocacy support tailored to issues related to substance use
* Advocate for the interests and desires of service users.
* Engage professionally with various agencies and services.
* Prepare and deliver written materials on behalf of service users.
* Maintain comprehensive records of work activities.
* Track progress to support monitoring of relevant standards.
* Foster relationships with relevant service providers to promote advocacy.
* Handle administrative and financial tasks efficiently to prioritize client interaction.
