Label Printer (hot foil/cold foil experience needed)

Shift Pattern; 3 shifts Monday to Friday:
Earlies: 06:00 to 13:30 Monday to Friday
Lates: 13:24 to 21:00 Monday to Thursday, 13:24 to 20:30 Friday
Nights: 20:50 to 06:12 Monday to Friday
4 weeks alternating each week between and early & late shift then 2 weeks of nights.

Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced MO4 Printer to join a fast-paced label printing / FMCG manufacturing operation
Key Responsibilities:
Produce the allocation of work detailed in the production/planning schedule.
Record accurate information on the Shop Floor Data Capture system.
Deliver assigned work on time & in line with quality standards
Aim to achieve speed of production and productivity levels (estimated times).
Produce all work using working practices that enable costs to be kept to a minimum.
Take responsibility for their own and others health and safety in the working environment.
Understand the Company Quality, Hygiene and Environmental Policies in relation to the relevant standards (specifically BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 & PS9000:2016) and actively promote these within the business.Skills & Requirements:
Must have experience in a similar printing role
Must have experience within a fast-moving label printing or FMCG environment
Previous print experience & competency is essential on a combination press, using any of the following print methods: Flexo, gravure, offset, silkscreen or hot foil/cold foil (essential).
Willing to be trained on an MO4 printer
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
IT literate
Strong understanding of health & safety best practice
