Overview:
Our client is a growing, product-led B2B SaaS organisation delivering innovative software solutions to a diverse client base. As part of continued growth and investment in their delivery function, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of client-facing software implementation and change projects.
This role will play a key part in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, working closely with both internal product and engineering teams and external clients to ensure seamless delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of B2B SaaS implementation and change projects, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resources, milestones, and dependencies.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution of issues.
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on delivery objectives.
* Drive clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Ensure best practice project governance, reporting, and documentation standards are maintained.
* Support continuous improvement across delivery processes and client experience.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 7 years Project Management experience within a B2B SaaS or similar software environment.
* Proven track record delivering client-facing software implementation or digital transformation projects.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating in client-facing environments.
* Demonstrable experience working within product-led or SaaS businesses, with relevant industry knowledge.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Formal Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
* Proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
