Leading the breakfast service with confidence, precision, and flair ? Preparing top-notch mise-en-place for a smooth, efficient morning shift ? Keeping the kitchen spotless and fully compliant with EHO and Marriott food safety standards ? Supporting the lunch prep team and collaborating across the kitchen ? Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences ? Helping maintain records for audits and health inspections ?
