CARE NAVIGATOR/ADMINISTRATOR

0930-1800 Monday-Friday
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly Practice Team in the role of Care Navigator/Administrator. We are a busy GP Practice with a list size of over 17,100 patients. We have 8 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, a long-term GP Locum, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practices Nurses along with a Health Care Assistant.
Our Clinical Team are supported by a highly experienced Admin and Secretarial Team which we are looking to expand.
As the first point of contact within our Practice, the successful applicant must have a welcoming, professional manner. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking, highly motivated, along with possessing excellent organisational and communication skills, who will work hard to provide an excellent care administrative service to our patients, GPs and wider clinical team.
