About The Role:

Each summer at Harvest (July to September) our farmer customers are at their busiest and will be combining their ripened fields of cereal crops (wheat, oats and barley) bringing these crops in ready to be sold and transported to food producers, be it flour mills within the UK and Europe for bread making or for breakfast cereals or perhaps brewing beer.
We provide our farmer customers with an on-farm sampling service to the farms located across the southern region of the UK (East and West Sussex, Kent, Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset) and relative to each Samplers home address. The Samples will collect small bags of crop samples and return these to our laboratory in Chichester where they will be quality tested and we can ascertain their value before buying the crop to transport it on to the food producer.
This role is to cover the Western areas around Somerset, Wiltshire and surrounding returning crop samples to Chichester or in relay with the Hampshire based sampler, as the distances to cover in this role will be longer.
