As a Health Care Assistant, you will be working closely with our service users to ensure they receive outstanding care and support in line with their personal care plans. You will assist with clinical requirements, social activities, and additional services needed.

Role requirements:
* Right to live and work in the UK
* Minimum of 6 months of previous care experience

* Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not mandatory
* Paediatric experience
