Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive meeting packs: Support efficient client reviews
* Liaise with clients and validate adviser meeting notes: Enhance the client experience
* Provide right-hand support to advisers: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Collaborate with outsourced paraplanners: Focus on high-value client service
* Assist with Letters of Authority and data validation: Keep documentation accurate and timely
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a wealth management admin role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident in client communication and follow-up
* Familiarity with SJP systems and expectations
