The General Manager will lead the site and take full responsibility for its performance. The role reports straight into the owner of the company who has a clear open and honest style who believes in setting objectives and giving their managers the freedom to deliver results. This is a role for someone who can take the business forward drive change and move into a senior executive position in time.

As this is a senior appointment and we expect strong interest here are the must-haves :
Proven SME experience in food manufacturing.
At least 10 years experience across all areas of food manufacturing.
Strong commercial understanding including P&L management.
A collaborative open and engaging leadership style that fits the company culture.
Location : Hampshire ideal for candidates based in Portsmouth and surrounding cities including Southampton Winchester Chichester Basingstoke and Guildford.
