We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a well-established, leading trade distribution business based in Brimsdown. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive team within a highly respected company in the trade and building supplies sector.
Warehouse Team Leader
£32,000 per annum + bonus + bens including pension up to 9% salary | Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm (30-minute paid lunch)
Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to lead a dynamic team at our site.
What you'll be doing:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the operation, leading a team of around 15 people per shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring productivity targets are met
*Managing team performance including holidays, sickness, reviews, and investigations
*Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site
What we're looking for:
*Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or supervisory role
*Strong people management skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
*MHE and/or Counterbalance experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
