As a Sales Office Manager based in West Brom, you’ll be responsible for: Managing a ledger of 20 - 30 accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and upselling where possible. Overseeing and managing a team of 4 people, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and managing team performance. Generating new business through a variety of different channels. Managing quotes, overseeing sales figures, and ensuring projects are tracked. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm And here’s what we’d like you to have: Civils or general merchanting experience is highly preferred. Sales and management experience is essential. Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Confident communicator, organised, driven nature.
