The Caring Kitchen, the commercial arm of The Prince of Wales Hospice, offers catering services for the community, with 100% of proceeds funding patient care at the hospice. We care for adults with life-limiting illnesses, helping them live well and supporting end-of-life care.
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrable cooking skills and a desire to develop high-quality food with excellent presentation
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask

To apply, you need a basic food hygiene certificate. A City and Guilds 705 or NVQ, or significant experience in cooking, is desirable.
