This position is part of the Information Technology Team and will be located onsite in Redruth, UK.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Service Desk incident and request management
* End user computing systems and tools provisioning
* IT systems and facility maintenance
* Participate in IT and business-related projects
* Collaborate with global diverse IT teams
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Applicable degree program or IT industry certification
* 2+ years of Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experience
* PC and software troubleshooting and technical skills, including experience in Microsoft computing environment.
* Understanding of network and server administration
* Provide remote and hands on user support for desktops, laptops, and manufacturing equipment.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
* Passion for problem-solving and customer service
* Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
* ITIL and/or MCSA certification
* Root cause analysis
