Salary: £25,000 £27,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a small, friendly team based in Portbury.
This is a fully office-based role where you will play a key part in supporting customers and the sales team by handling phone calls, emails, and sales orders, while delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
1. Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
2. Processing sales orders received from customers and the external sales team
3. Taking ownership of customer enquiries and resolving them where possible
