Overview
Our client is a leading provider of portable welfare units to a range of sectors. Well established and with a reputation for providing innovative, efficient and environmentally friendly solutions, predominantly on a rental basis, the company continues to expand. Responsible for generating revenue for the business on a new business, new logo basis, mainly targeting 2nd tier contractors, the role offers the opportunity to join a business able to offer excellent career prospects and a range of solutions that are well received in the industry.
Base pay range
Basic salary to £45,000, OTE £55,000 (Uncapped) + Car (EV), Pension, Benefits etc
Location: South West England
What’s Required
* Experience gained in a similar BDM/ASM role, ideally within the Welfare Unit sector or a similar construction hire background.
* Exposure to selling to 2nd tier contractors.
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Exposure to selling a premium proposition with product and service quality being the driver rather than price.
* The drive, dynamism and resilience required to be effective in a competitive sector.
