A brilliant opportunity for qualified tradesmen looking to join an award-winning maintenance team as part of a nationwide Housing Association in Liverpool and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
The day‑to‑day will involve working in void properties doing reactive works such as repairing/installing architraves, skirting, hanging doors, re‑plastering, tiling, etc. to prep properties for new tenants.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or above in a relevant trade
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle and tools (materials will be provided)
- Multiskilled tradesmen with carpentry qualifications and experience in tiling, painting, etc. with a proven track record for quality work
Pay & Hours
- Pay rate: £19.00 P/H (CIS or Umbrella)
- Hours: 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week
Contract
Length: 3 months – can be extended
