A leading insurer is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join its Technical Pricing Analyst. This is a hands-on role focused on building sophisticated pricing models that directly support profitability, growth, and competitive positioning.

The Role:
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of advanced technical pricing models and strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and improving pricing models using GLMs and GBMs
Designing modelling plans, preparing data, and building models
Back-testing models and analysing pricing impacts
Supporting pricing structures and strategies to drive growth and profitability
Planning and managing your own projects with clear stakeholder communication
Contributing to innovation through new data sources and advanced techniques
Sharing knowledge and best practices across the pricing team
About You:
You don't need to tick every box, but you'll be well-suited if you have:
Strong experience with GLMs and exposure to GBMs
Experience working with large data sets
Good coding capability (Python, SQL, SAS, Databricks or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with WTW Radar and Emblem
A solid understanding of technical pricing components
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Confidence building relationships across pricing and wider business teams
