Pelham Homes, part of NCHA, is seeking a Sales Advisorjoin our team in a brand-new role, created to support the expansion of our high-quality housing developments across the East Midlands. Your first projects will be at our exciting new developments in Old Dalbyand Long Clawson near Melton Mowbray.

The Role
As a Sales Advisor, youll be a key part of our New Homes Sales Team, working closely with our Marketing and Communications Teamto promote stunning new homes. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing enquiries and maintaining our CRM database
2. Delivering exceptional customer service from first contact to key handover
