CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR | PRESTON BROOK | PERMANENT | up to £28,000 DOE
Permanent – Fully office based
Shift based rota: Monday to Friday (between 7am to 6pm), one Saturday in 10 (8am to 12 noon)
Responsibilities
* Managing incoming calls and emails to raise or update work orders
* Allocating jobs through the ticket system
* Diagnosing faults by asking the right questions and assigning to the correct engineer or manager
* Ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales
* Recording accurate technical details to support first-time access and fixes
* Updating customers on repair progress
* Maintaining clear and accurate notes, including unscheduled tasks
* Coordinating daily with engineers to support efficient job completion and callouts
* Closing jobs accurately for invoicing
* Logging and directing complaints, compliments, and dissatisfaction to the appropriate person
Requirements
* Full driving licence and own vehicle – due to the location of the offices
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in data entry, administration and scheduling
* Strong time management and punctuality
* Experience working in facilities management / electrical / scheduling
