What will the Finance System Implementation Assistant role involve?
1. Supporting the project team through the rollout of Microsoft Business Central
2. Conducting accurate data entry, validation, and migration tasks
3. Assisting with end-user testing, feedback capture, and issue escalation
4. Developing and maintaining a clear catalogue of process notes and user guidance materials
5. Working closely with colleagues to understand workflows and document them effectively
6. Helping to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the new system
Suitable Candidate for the Finance System Implementation Assistant vacancy:
7. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
8. Experience in administration, data processing, or ERP/financial systems support
9. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or similar systems advantageous
10. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to learning
11. Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
12. Comfortable working in a busy environment with changing priorities
