Within our client’s organisation, their specialist ecommerce division helps brands accelerate growth across digital retail channels. We combine hands-on operational expertise, advanced analytics and technology, and strategic consulting to support clients across D2C, marketplaces, retail media, social commerce, and emerging commerce opportunities. Elevate performance. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will operate at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and client leadership – owning the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel ecommerce programmes for your portfolio of brands. You will shape channel strategy, manage day-to-day execution across Amazon and the wider commerce ecosystem, and mentor junior talent to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Lead multi-channel ecommerce strategy across Amazon, marketplaces, retail media, D2C, and social commerce
Line manage and develop a team of 1–2 ecommerce executives
Own client-facing responsibilities including reporting cycles, planning sessions, performance reviews and roadmap development
Translate data into insights, build testing plans, and present opportunities to unlock incremental growth
Collaborate with channel specialists to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns and optimised digital shelves
Champion innovation by testing new tools, formats and approaches to keep clients ahead of industry trends
Support new business efforts through insights, analysis and strategic input for pitches
Maintain strong account health, ensuring all work meets high standards of execution, performance and client satisfaction
You will be a commercially minded operator, a confident client partner, and a supportive team leader who thrives in fast-moving ecommerce environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy helping brands navigate complex, ever-evolving retail ecosystems.
Strong operational expertise across Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) with knowledge of additional channels such as retail media, marketplaces, social commerce, SEO or PPC
Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering against performance KPIs
Experience mentoring or managing others in a high-performance, fast-paced setting
Skilled at analysing performance data and translating insights into commercial recommendations
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ecommerce metrics and reporting
Hybrid & Flexible Working: 3 days per week in our central London office
