What You'll Do:
As an ER Advisor, you’ll support the Firm’s Business Services Teams from our Manchester or Leeds office (with ad hoc UK travel).
* Manage a diverse ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capability matters.
* You’ll provide clear, pragmatic advice and lead robust investigations.
* Coach managers, deliver ER-related training, and analyse trends to proactively improve our processes and employee experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Someone of graduate calibre (CIPD part or fully qualified preferred) with proven ER case management experience
* Strong UK employment law knowledge
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation, with sound judgement in handling confidential matters.
