Role Details:
This is a Part-Time role working 14 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
1. Teaching on courses specified by management
2. Assisting in delivering high-value, financially efficient programs, including resource management, and leading innovation in learning delivery
3. Monitoring students’ academic progress, wellbeing, behavior, and providing careers and pastoral guidance
4. Engaging with students’ feedback and involving them as primary stakeholders
5. Promoting safe, modern working practices and behaviors in technical and employability skills
6. Participating in enrollment, monitoring, profiling, and assessment processes
7. Developing and promoting links with industry partners
8. Creating enriching programs that include real-life work experiences, both on and off campus

Education & Training:
* Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering
* A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
* GCSE 4-9 or equivalent in Maths and English, with a willingness to pass tests if necessary and achieve within an agreed timeframe
Experience:
* Relevant academic, industrial, or commercial experience
* Experience in teaching/training
* Experience in student pastoral care and disciplinary procedures
* Experience in course leadership responsibilities
