The Role As Paid Media Manager, you'll take ownership of paid media strategy and campaign delivery across a portfolio of retail and e-commerce clients. Working alongside specialists across SEO, analytics and creative, you'll help brands maximise performance across paid search and paid social channels while delivering measurable commercial results. You'll be trusted to manage campaigns end-to-end - from strategy and planning through to optimisation, reporting and client communication. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, suppliers and internal channel specialists Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned to wider digital marketing plans Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid channels Manage and track campaign budgets, performance and revenue delivery Deliver insight-led reporting against key client KPIs Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing, optimisation and innovation Stay ahead of trends in paid media, ecommerce and performance marketing Contribute ideas and insights to the wider paid media and digital strategy within the agency What We're Looking For 3 years' experience in Paid Media within an agency or performance marketing environment Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Merchant Center and GA4 Proven experience delivering paid campaigns for ecommerce or retail brands Solid understanding of performance metrics, optimisation and budget management Experience with product feed optimisation and ecommerce tracking is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools Google Ads (GAP) certification preferred Why Join 8 Million Stories? 8 Million Stories is a fast-growing digital agency known for combining creative storytelling with data-driven performance marketing.
