Roofing Teams – Slate Roof Installations
Location: Hampshire (multi-site)
Duration: 4 weeks per team
Start: Expected to be in 2 weeks
Overview
We require experienced Roofing Teams to support solar PV installations across multiple sites in Hampshire. Works will involve slate roofs with standard pitches.
Team Requirement
2 x pairs:
* 1 x Skilled Roofer
* 1 x Roofers Mate
Skilled Roofer – Requirements
* Proven experience working on slate roofs
* Experience preparing and reinstating roofs for solar installations
* CSCS Card
* Supervisor ticket desirable
* Confident working at height
Roofers Mate – Requirements
* Roofing experience preferred
* CSCS Card
* Physically fit and competent working at height
Key Responsibilities
* Removal and reinstatement of slate tiles
* Installation of solar mounting brackets and flashing
* Ensuring roof integrity and weatherproofing
* Working to programme alongside electrical teams
General
* Own tools and PPE
* Reliable and able to commit to full 4-week duration
