A Junior Sous Chef that has the ability to self manage whilst supporting and training more junior members of the brigade You will maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes for the venue The Requirements A proven track record within a fresh food operation. A proven track record with leading a team. A Junior Sous Chef with a background in hotels, gastro pubs or restaurants. The Junior Sous Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken A team player who leads from the front.
