Job Description
3. Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
4. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Provide detailed financial analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial reporting processes.
8. Monitor and manage cash flow forecasting.
9. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
10. Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
12. Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in financial reporting and consolidations.
13. Experience working within the property industry or a similar field.
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
15. Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
16. Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
