We are actively looking for a Gas Surveyor to join a local authority in East Devon area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive a 3 month rolling contract, mileage coverage and the opportunity to be extended.
As the Gas Surveyor you will be:
1. Updating all compliance ensuring everything is in line with legislation
2. Ensuring all valuations are correct
3. Responsible for ensuring all work is priced correctly, supporting the contract delivery surveyors
4. Dealing with gas complaints from customers
Qualifications / Experience:
5. CIOB / QS / RICS degree
6. Previous experience managing gas complaints / liaising with customers
7. Social housing experience
8. Previous experience working as a QS valuating work
As the Gas Surveyor, you will receive:
9. £220 - £250 per day
10. 3 month rolling contract
11. Mileage coverage
12. The opportunity to be extended
