They are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join their talented and established Kitchen team.

As the Chef de Partie you will be part of the experienced and highly talented kitchen team, catering for both the bar and restaurant as well as functions throughout the year. The Food is all freshly prepared on site to a very high standard, offering a changing seasonal menu and catering to individual requirements. There is plenty of scope for you to have your own input and contribute to menu ideas. The Food is prepared and cooked to order for their members and guests. For a creative and passionate chef this is a great opportunity to work with some of the best ingredients and produce fantastic dishes!
The ideal Chef de Partie will have previous experience to a similar level working to a high standard, ideally 4/5 Star Hotel or Rosette background and show good career development and commitment. You should also be passionate about delivering high quality food in a 5 star fresh food environment.
Job requirements:
-Ensure that all work is conducted in a clean & tidy manner.
-High standards of food hygiene and Heath & Safety
-Run & maintain your section in the kitchen
-Work with senior chefs to develop seasonal menus
Hours:
The Chef de Partie position is a 45 hour week contract, straight shifts, mainly daytimes.
They offer fantastic training and career development provided by the senior chefs who have a vast experience at 5-star level.
