About the Role Kindsight are proud to be recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a well-established, Good -rated EBD childrens home based in Burton on Trent.
This service has been operating for over 3 years with a stable team, strong senior leadership, and a full complement of young people already in placement. Its a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RM or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up to join a provider with a genuine passion for high-quality care and a commitment to ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities Provide strong, child-centred leadership to the staff team
Ensure the home remains fully compliant with Ofsted and safeguarding standards
Drive quality improvements and maintain the homes Good rating
Develop, support and motivate staff through effective supervision and team development
Create a homely, therapeutic environment that supports each young persons individual needs
Work closely with directors and operational leads to support service growth
Manage budgets, staffing, rota planning and placement stability

What Were Looking For Experience within childrens residential care (EBD or similar)
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
A proven track record at Deputy Manager or Registered Manager level
A commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality care
