Description Working alongside a small team, the role of Learning and Development Business Partner is a fast-paced and varied role, partnering strategically with leadership to proactively support people development within this first-class organisation. This will include but not limited to: Design and implement learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify training needs and develop tailored solutions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and suggest improvements.
