We are seeking a Supported Living Registered Care Manager to join our team at AM2PM Quality Care Limited. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality support services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive environment for both clients and staff.
Responsibilities
The Registered Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing, catering, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and people management functions of the service.
* Lead marketing efforts and promote the service, selling its offerings at the agreed prices.
* Maintain the operations of the service within the standards agreed with the Registered Provider and within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of individuals supported by the service.
* Recruitment of staff.
* Induct new starters in accordance with company policy.
* Lead, motivate, and direct staff.
* Conduct staff supervision and annual staff appraisals for all department heads.
* Develop staff to their full potential, ensuring succession planning for the service.
* Ensure multidisciplinary team working is embedded in the service.
* Attend statutory and other relevant training as directed by management.
* Take responsibility for your own professional development through performance and development reviews and undertake relevant training.
Qualifications
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Previous experience working as a Registered Manager for LD, Autism, and Mental Health residents.
* Have undergone at least one full CQC inspection.
