An established and growing planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal to Associate Town Planner to join its team. The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and delivering a range of planning projects from inception through to determination.
* Providing strategic planning advice to a diverse client base.
* Managing planning applications, appeals and site promotion projects.
* Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
* Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
* Contributing to the continued growth and success of the planning team.
About You
* MRTPI qualified.
* Strong planning consultancy or development sector experience.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Commercially aware with strong client-facing abilities.
* Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
* Proactive, motivated and collaborative approach.
