The Learners You Will Support Complex learning and communication needs Social, emotional and behavioural challenges Additional needs requiring structured, consistent support The Role Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm (some weekday finish times may vary) Supporting learners aged 16 to 18 Leading small group interventions and targeted support Supporting lesson delivery and adapting learning materials Assisting with assessment, progress monitoring and behaviour support Working closely with teaching, pastoral and therapeutic teams Essential Requirements Minimum 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children or young people with SEN Experience working at HLTA level or supporting learning at an advanced level Confident, calm and adaptable approach Strong communication and leadership skills Must be able to drive due to the location of the setting Why Work with Teaching Personnel Competitive weekly pay Free CPD and accredited SEN and HLTA training Dedicated consultant support Opportunities for long-term and permanent roles All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
