A successful and well-established food manufacturer is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader to join their engineering team on a 4 on 4 off days & nights shift pattern. This role would suit an experienced Lead Engineer or Team Leader, but the business will also consider strong Maintenance Engineers who have not previously held a supervisory role but can demonstrate the potential and desire to step into a leadership position. The Role As Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will remain hands-on while leading a team of two Engineers on shift, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
